  • We don't just leave when it's done,

  • And right now, it's time to do what we do best
  • which is give you guys some tips on
  • what you can do at home
  • to stay fit and stay in shape.

  • some resistance band training today.
  • -Step up, step up.
  • -No, no, let's--we're equal
  • and we're gonna stand together.

  • I'm not gonna fight you because you've been drinking
  • and I don't wanna put you-- -I'll kick your ass.
  • -So look, guys, we're gonna go through a few exercises.
  • We're gonna do a lateral raise with the resistance bands
  • and we're gonna do three sets of everything
  • we're doing today for 15 reps.
  • Kev, stop playing behind me.
  • So right here, for 15, right here,
  • you're gonna raise, just 15 reps.
  • Here you go, Kevin, let me see that.
  • -Fifteen? -You're gonna spread your legs.

  • resistance band, lateral raise,
  • and you can get this done at home, anywhere.

  • So now you're gonna do a upright row
  • with the resistance band, a little heavier band,
  • right here, 15 reps.
  • Elbows up, you see what I'm doing?

  • but that's not important.
  • We want you to move, right?
  • Burn calories, you take calories in,
  • take calories out. Let's go, Kev, give me 15.
  • Three sets of 15, you could do this at home,
  • you could do this in the living room,
  • you could do this at the park,
  • you could do this at the gym.

  • because we got things to do, it's a foam roller,
  • good to rub out all the joints and all that,
  • don't complicate it, make you tight,
  • get your blood flowing real good,
  • I'mma challenge you all at home,
